October marks Breast Cancer Awareness month. In the United States, more than 200,000 women and 2,000 men are diagnosed with breast cancer per year. On average, five to ten percent of breast cancer cases result from a genetic mutation known as BRCA1 and BRCA2. It is not yet possible to predict if or when men or women who carry the genetic abnormality will develop breast
