On Nov. 1, the Combined Federal Campaign kicked off and Moody's goal for this year is $100,000.

Because the campaign support eligible non-profit organizations that provide health and human service benefits throughout the world, contributions can help improve the quality of life for many people

Hopefully, you've already been contacted by your unit's CFC representative. If not, ask your supervisor who is the project officer or key worker within your unit.

That person will be able to provide you a brochure of eligible charities. You can look in that brochure or online at www.opm.gov/cfc/ to find a charity that matches your concerns and wishes. Once you choose your charity, you'll decide how much you want to donate and fill out a short form.

That amount will be split across all pay periods for a year and automatically deducted from your pay. This way is easy and your contributions are tax-deductible.

If you have any questions, contact one of the Team Moody CFC representatives, Capt. Jason Lopez at 229-257-2216 or Master Sgt. Christopher Miller at 229-257-7943.
