Healthy recipe: Fruit and nut wrap

MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- The Health and Wellness Center dietician provides a series of seasonal recipes for each month. April's recipes are based on strawberries.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons fat-free or light strawberry cream cheese
2 tablespoons raisins
1 whole-wheat tortilla
2 tablespoons unsalted peanuts
1/4 cup sliced strawberries
How to make it
1. Mix cream cheese spread and raisins; spread onto tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edge.
2. Sprinkle with nuts.
3. Place strawberries down center of tortilla and roll tightly.
Total preparation time: 5 minutes
