Gate opening postponed

MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- The opening of the new Commercial Gate on Davidson Road, which was scheduled to open, has been postponed and a new date is being determined. When it opens, the Commercial Gate will be used as the main entrance while the North and South gates will only be open during times of heavy traffic.

The new hours will be:

New Main Gate: 24/7

South Gate: Outbound only from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday

North Gate: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday to Friday

Quiet Pines: 24/7
