    Congratulations to the 23rd Wing's Rescue Squadron of the Year! 48th Rescue Squadron at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz. The 48th RQS is part of the 563rd Rescue Group, a geographically-separated 23rd WG unit.The second place winner was the 38th Rescue Squadron at Moody.
