The audience member asked what the goals and vision of Guardian Response 23 are. The panel participants included Brig. Gen. Cook, Col. Benz, and Command Sgt. Maj. Hilton.

Guardian Response 23 is a homeland emergency response exercise led by the 78th Training Division focused on collective training for units from active duty and reserve, as well as members of the Marine Corps and Air Force.
