On this week’s episode of DINFOS Live we welcome the Defense Information School’s Public Affairs and Communication Strategy Directorate director, U.S. Army Lt. Col. Charles Patterson, on to talk about the PACS-Qualification program and the changes it has undergone during the last two years since it transitioned from the old Public Affairs Qualification Course. He’ll explain why the Department of Defense fundamentally changed the way it trains its public affairs officers and how the course works.
