Ready Tiger 24-1: 23 WG establishes MOB, FOS's, CL's
Three HC-130J Combat King II aircraft assigned to the 71st Rescue Squadron sit on the flightline during Exercise Ready Tiger 24-1 at Savannah Air National Guard Base, Georgia, April 10, 2024. Ready Tiger 24-1 serves as a steppingstone to prepare for Agile Flag, an Air Force Force Generation certifying exercise, later this year. Built upon Air Combat Command's directive to assert air power in contested environments, Exercise Ready Tiger 24-1 aims to test and enhance the 23rd Wing’s proficiency in executing Lead Wing and Expeditionary Air Base concepts through Agile Combat Employment and command and control operations.
