Team Moody prepares, departs for Ready Tiger 24-1
A U.S. Air Force Airman assigned to the 23rd Maintenance Group prepares an A-10C Thunderbolt II for take-off during Exercise Ready Tiger 24-1 at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, April 9, 2024. The 23rd MXG is responsible for the operation and quality of organization and intermediate-level maintenance and repair supporting a combat-ready HC-130J Combat King II, HH-60W Jolly Green II and A-10 aircraft. Ready Tiger 24-1 is a readiness exercise demonstrating the 23rd Wing’s ability to plan, prepare and execute operations and maintenance to project air power in contested and dispersed locations, defending the United States’ interests and allies.
