TOC enhances readiness

Gary Adams, Goldratt consultant, discusses Theory of Constraints application to Airmen assigned to the 23rd Maintenance Group at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, June 9, 2022. Goldratt Consulting advisors arrived at Moody in April to implement TOC methodology, which is a four to six month process. Theory of Constraints is a process improvement methodology for identifying the most important limiting factor that stands in the way of achieving a goal and then systematically improving that constraint until it isn’t a limiting factor.
