Dr. Arthur Kleinschmidt, Office of National Drug Control Policy deputy director, toured the 23d Medical Group facilities and met with pharmacy, mental health, and Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment providers to gain insight on Moody's substance abuse programs. The Office of National Drug Control Policy is a component of the Executive Office of the President which works to reduce drug use and its consequences by leading and coordinating the development, implementation and assessment of U.S. drug policy.
