347th Rescue Group commander takes final flight

Col. Bryan Creel, 347th Rescue Group commander, presses his feet against a ceiling tile June 5, 2020 at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. The final, or fini, flight is a long-standing Air Force tradition that traces its roots back to the Vietnam War when pilots would commemorate their final combat mission. In the rescue community, the fini flight includes painting the pilot's feet "jolly" green to stamp on a ceiling tile. (U.S. Air Force photo by Andrea Jenkins)
