Moody salutes healthcare professionals

Colquitt Regional Medical Center staff watch two A-10C Thunderbolt IIs perform a flyover May 15, 2020, in Moultrie, Georgia. Aircraft assigned to the 23d Wing conducted Moody Salutes flyovers for hospitals in Valdosta, Tifton, Albany, Moultrie and Thomasville, Ga., and Tallahassee, Fla., to show solidarity and support for healthcare professionals amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The 23d WG commander had this to say regarding the flyovers: “The time, dedication and sacrifice that these men and women have invested in this fight are what make them heroes; this flyover is a small tribute and our way to say, ‘thank you.’” (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Azaria E.
