An Airman asks a question during the Airman Leadership School Class 20-B’s Chief Panel Jan. 23, 2020, at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. Airman Leadership School is the first level of the enlisted professional military education, prepares senior airmen to supervise and lead Air Force work teams, and is a requirement to assume the grade of staff sergeant.
