Leadership with the 23d Wing and 93d Air Ground Operations Wing await the arrival of U.S. Air Force Gen. Mike Holmes, the commander of Air Combat Command, Dec. 19, 2019, at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. Holmes and U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt.
