Airmen conduct post air show FOD walk

An Airman assigned to the 23d Wing places foreign object debris (FOD) in a trash bag during a FOD walk Nov. 4, 2019, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. FOD is considered to be any foreign substance that could potentially cause damage to an aircraft. After the 2019 Thunder Over South Georgia Open House, Airmen with the 23d Wing conducted a FOD walk across the airfield to ensure safe operations for Moody's aircraft.
