A-10 phase inspection promotes flight readiness
Airman 1st Class Ewing Maldonado, 23d Maintenance Squadron (MXS) electrical and environmental journeyman, examines wires during an A-10C Thunderbolt II phase inspection Oct. 8, 2019, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. The 23d MXS maintainers depanel the aircraft to reach the internal workings and perform in depth examinations on A-10s after every 500 flight hours.
