FARP tryouts test POL Airmen

Senior Airman Sam Neas, 71st Rescue Squadron loadmaster, carries a fuel line hose during Forward Area Refueling Point (FARP) tryouts, June 21, 2019, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. Neas participated to better understand the 23d Logistics Readiness Squadron’s FARP team of elite fuels special operators whose mission is to provide needed fuel to aircraft in any environment in a swift manner. This greatly extends the reach of the personnel recovery mission by increasing options and ensuring safety for the rescue community. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Eugene Oliver)
