Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David L. Goldfein presents the Air Force Distinguished Public Service Award (DPSA) to Dr. Lucy Greene, who accepted on behalf of her husband the late Mr. W. Greene, a steadfast Air Force advocate and one of the most influential military civic leaders passed away Dec. 18, 2018.
