23d MSG welcomes new commander

Col. Brian Stumpe, 23d Mission Support Group commander, gives remarks during a change of command ceremony, July 25, 2018, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. Stumpe spoke about the many contributions that outgoing 23d MSG commander, Col. Susan Riordan-Smith, made during her tenure and embraced the challenges of his new position as commander. Stumpe took command of the 23d MSG, which is comprised of six squadrons with approximately 1,500 personnel dedicated to training, equipping and deploying personnel support forces to build, protect and sustain air bases worldwide for combat air operations.
