822d BDS regains Global Response Force status
M4 Carbine Rifles rest in a stack while Airmen from the 105th Base Defense Squadron and 822d Base Defense Squadron break down tents at the end of a Mission Readiness Exercise, March 13, 2017, at Avon Park Air Force Range, Fla. Airmen from the 105th BDS embedded into the 822d BDS to participate in the exercise. While the 822d used the exercise to validate their training and regain their status as a Global Response Force, the 105th BDS received training that allowed them to show their capabilities and strengthened the bond between the two squadrons.
