822d BDS regains Global Response Force status
An Airman returns fire at oppositional forces during a Mission Readiness Exercise, March 12, 2017, at Avon Park Air Force Range, Fla. Airmen from the 105th Base Defense Squadron embedded into the 822d Base Defense Squadron to participate in the exercise. While the 822d used the exercise to validate their training and regain their status as a Global Response Force, the 105th BDS received training that allowed them to show their capabilities and strengthened the bond between the two squadrons.
