Airman loses way, wingmen watch
The 23d Wing legal office simulates a courtroom trial during an Emerge Moody course, Jan. 5, 2017, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. This is the same courtroom that was used in the special court-martial that sentenced an Airman that pled guilty to using cocaine more than twice and one count of cocaine distribution. The Airman received a federal conviction, confinement for two-months, forfeiture of two-thirds pay for two months and reduction in rank to E-1.
