Water pumps put to the test

Tim Jacobs, contracted senior inspector, ensures the room is clear before an inspection, Oct. 25, 2016, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. Jacobs wore grounding equipment while testing the electrical components of the foam pump system. A charge as small as the static electricity on clothing can spark a deadly volt from the system which takes 4800 volts of electricity to power. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Janiqua P.
