Legion of merit
U.S. Air Force Col. Thomas Kunkel, 23d Wing commander, presents the Legion of Merit award to Col. Peter Breed, 23d Medical Group outgoing commander, during a change of command ceremony, July 8, 2016, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga.
