Moody’s Area Defense Counsel provides their counseling and litigation expertise to all active-duty service members in the event that an adverse action is taken against them. The ADC assists Airmen throughout the litigation process to ensure each client receives the best possible outcome regardless of the situation. Moody’s ADC guarantees attorney-client privileges of confidentiality with the only exception being clients' intent to commit future crimes.
