Parachute

A G-12 echo parachute holding a heavy equipment platform descends from the sky during airdrop training Aug. 18, 2015, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. 347th Operations Support Squadron parachute riggers pack, maintain and repair parachutes and are responsible for giving ground support to the 71st Rescue Squadron aircrew members by providing weather assessments, directing GPS coordination’s for target area deliveries and recovering and cleaning supply drop zones.
