Base course
Base course is poured into a 10-inch deep hole during a road repair June 1, 2015, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. Members of the 23d Civil Engineer Squadron used base course as a foundation to ensure that the new concrete will settle correctly when laying the pavement.
