MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- An observer sneaks a quick peek as Senior Airman Geoff Koppel, 71st Rescue Squadron loadmaster, observes the transfer of a Rescue Operations Center pallet onto a 71st RQS C-130 Hercules here Sept. 1. The ROC provides command, control and communication assets to deployed rescue forces.
