Ready to ROC

MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- A loadmaster with the 71st rescue Squadron Guides a Rescue Operations Center kit onto a 71st RQS C-130E Hercules here Sept. 1. The ROC was scheduled to be deployed to Jackson, Miss. to provide command and control for rescue teams.
