331st AIR EXPEDITIONARY GROUP, RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Airmen in the 331st Air Expeditionary Group listen to a pre-mission rescue briefing at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas, Sept. 14. The ROC belonged to the 23rd Wing based at Moody Air Force Base, Ga., and was responsible for the command and control of all Air Force rescue efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Ike.
