Colonel Santicola visits veterans

LAKE CITY, Fla. -- Col. Henry Santicola, 23rd Wing vice commander, Moody Air Force Base, Ga., visits with Korean and Vietnam war-era veteran Bobby Johnson and his wife at the Veterans Administration hospital on Nov. 8. The visit was part of the Poppa Joe's 2nd Annual Books for Vets motorcycle ride presented by the American Leagion Riders Post 13, Valdosta, Ga. More than 90 motorcyclists completed the ride from Valdosta to Lake City safely and donated 1,212 books. (U.S. Air Force photo by Master Sgt. Michael Featherston)
