Child seat safety check

MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Billy Clemons, a fire inspector for the 23rd Civil Engineer Squadron, inspects a child's car seat in April Bell-Augustin's car during a courtesy check Dec. 10 here. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Web site three out of four children are killed or injured in vehicle accidents as a result of their safety seats not being properly secured or restrained at all.
