MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- The 23rd Force Support Squadron offers a free fitness program for home-schooled military family members ranging from toddlers to teenagers. The 23rd FSS provides certified personal trainers to help instruct the program, which offers the children various individual activities and a group sport to promote socialization.
