MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Airman 1st Class Nick Dozier, a member from the 823rd Red Horse Squadron airfield pavement section, located at Hurlbrt Field, Fla., prepares to let traffic pass through a construction zone here April 29. The road construction on Burma Road is part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for Moody.
