New beginnings

MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Moody began construction for a new Child Development Center during a ground breaking ceremony held here Nov. 20. The $10 million American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funded facility will accommodate 276 children and provide employment for 100 new staff members.
