VALDOSTA, Ga. -- Casey Cop, Lowndes County deputy, provides backup for a team member while an irate civilian is apprehended due to his lack of ability to follow orders during a Lowndes County disaster drill held at Wild Adventures Water and Theme Park here March 15.
