VALDOSTA, Ga. -- Three trunks of equipment sits in a corner during stage preparation for a Tops In Blue performance at the Valdosta Performing Arts Center Nov. 2. Under the guidance of five technical personnel, the performing team is responsible for setting up over 60,000 pounds of staging, lighting, audio, video and special effects equipment for each performance.
