On time off time
MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga.-- Firefighters from the 23rd Civil Engineer Squadron are going out of their way to volunteer at local fire stations during their time off to help support the local community. The 23rd CES firefighters work 24-hour shifts on an every other day rotation, averaging around 56 hours a week. Airmen who volunteer at the local fire stations on average get called 3-4 times a week, turning their everyday job into a way of life. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman 1st Class Joshua Green)(RELEASED)
