LEED-certified CDC

MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Contractors work at the new Child Development Center construction site Feb. 24. The new CDC, which is scheduled to be completed this summer, will be Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design-certified at the silver level. LEED is a consensus-based standard to support and certify successful green building designs, constructions and operations. It verifies that a building is environmentally responsible and is a healthy place to live and work. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Jamal D. Sutter)(RELEASED)
