Cutting the ribbon
Eric Boucher, the bowling center manager for the 23rd Force Support Squadron and U.S. Air Force Col. Mark Ruse, commander, 23rd Mission Support Group, cut the ribbon during the grand opening of "The Spot" on Moody Air Force Base, Ga., Sept. 9, 2011.
