U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Joshua Jaynes, 41st Helicopter Maintenance Unit crew chief apprentice, loosens a screw to an HH-60G Pave Hawk grip handle Oct. 5, 2011, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. Jaynes is from Columbia, Mo., and has been stationed at Moody for two months. He said no matter how difficult or tiring a job is, the most satisfying part of being a crew chief is watching helicopters launch and knowing he played a part in successfully getting it off the ground.
