Fuselage
One of two XP-82 Twin Mustang fuselages sits uncovered in a warehouse in Douglas, Ga., Oct. 18, 2011. One of the challenges Tom Reilly, owner of the B-25 Group, faced when restoring this P-82 was finding parts for the rare aircraft. Reilly bought a counter-rotating Rolls-Royse Merlin aircraft engine from a man who came across the engine, which was sitting brand-new in a garage in Mexico City.
