Holiday Fitness
With the holiday season approaching, there are several ways to maintain fitness. Spend five to ten minutes each hour doing push-ups, squats, flutter kicks, and crunches to help maintain your muscle mass and work off extra calories. Eating holiday food and desserts in moderation is also important to staying fit and keeping on a healthy track. (U.S. Air Force Illustration by Airman 1st Class Paul Francis/Released)
