U.S. Air Force Chaplain (Brig. Gen.) Howard Stendahl, Air Force deputy chief of chaplains gives a speech during the National Prayer Luncheon at Moody Air Force Base, Ga., Feb. 9, 2011. Stendhal stated that since World War II, Americans who serve in the military has gone from 9 percent to less than one percent.
