Squat station

Participants of the Senior Airman Jason D. Cunningham Memorial 10K Workout complete squats at a workout station while running on a jogging trail March 9, 2012, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. The event was hosted by members of the Airman Leadership School to pay tribute to the 10-year anniversary of the young pararescueman’s death in Afghanistan. With a total of 10 stations, each had a different workout where 26 repetitions were done to honor the age of Cunningham when he passed away.
