RAPIDS award

Mary Dixon, Defense Manpower Data Center director, presents an award to U.S. Air Force Col. Billy Thompson, 23d Wing commander, during an awards ceremony May 23, 2012, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. The award recognized Moody as the fiscal year 2011 Real Time Automated Personnel Identification System Site of the Year recipient.
