Mary Dixon, Defense Manpower Data Center director, presents the fiscal year 2011 Real Time Automated Personnel Identification System Site of the Year Award to members of the 23d Force Support Squadron’s Military Personnel Section customer service team May 23, 2012, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. Of the more than 1,600 RAPIDS issuance sites in the DoD, five were nominated for the award, and Moody was selected as the winner.
