U.S. Air Force Col. Billy Thompson, 23d Wing commander, gives remarks during a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new 93d Air Ground Operations Wing and 23d Mission Support Group headquarters building June 11, 2012, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga.
