Cutting the ribbon

U.S. Air Force Col. Steven Ramer, 23d Wing vice commander, Gayle Major, housing asset manager, and Dee Hathcock, Moody family housing community director, cut the ribbon to the new Housing Welcome Center at Moody Air Force Base, Ga., Oct. 24, 2012.
